More than 1,200 dance fans were thoroughly entertained over two nights by the dancers from BAHS. The joy and excitement of the “littles” and the poise and grace of the older performers were all on display as they “danced the night away.”  American choreographer and modern dance pioneer Ted Shawn once said that “…dance has the power to heal mentally and physically.” He might be right; one patron was apparently so uplifted by the experience she entered the auditorium in a wheelchair, but exited without it!   A huge thank you to all those who helped make the weekend a success – the dancers, instructors, volunteers, parents – and anyone who bought a ticket.
