Ironwood’s Wizarding World Offered Something for the Whole Family!
Over the weekend of November 10th and 11th, more than 400 people gathered on the platform at the Historic Ironwood Theatre to experience all things magical!
The family-focused event provided an immersive FUNdraising experience with all the favorite characters and scenes from the books and movies, along with games, raffles, merchandise and treats all in wizarding fashion throughout the theatre. When a dragon appeared above the main entrance, we knew we were in for something special. Whether they attended a levitation class, or purchased goods from Olivander’s wand shop, or Madam Malkin’s school & formal wear, or picked up some sweet treats at Honeydukes, it was obvious that everyone who attended had a great time. And it was fun to see so many children and adults show up dressed as their favorite characters. Proceeds from the event will support the upgrade to our stage lighting project.
