Earlier Start for First Friday Movie

Please note that our next few First Friday movies will now start at 7p instead of 7:30p. A number of people commented they’d like to get home a bit earlier during winter so… we listened, and we made the change.

The 7:30p start was established during the summer when First Fridays included live outdoor music which typically did not wrap up until 7p or 7:15p. So the 7:30 movie start time made sense. But in the winter months when there is no concert at City Square or Art Park, there is no reason why we shouldn’t start our movie a little earlier. We are thinking the 7pm start makes sense for October through May and the later start during those months when there is live outdoor music. But in March April and May 2022 our First Friday movies will start at 7pm.
