Local Artists Light Up the HIT Stage!

If you missed HIT Lights Up on Saturday, March 23rd – well, you missed a great show! Amazing local talent put on a show to be remembered. The house band of Troy Puisto on guitar, Don Osier on bass, Mike Movrich on drums, and Bob Czerniak on keys were outstanding. Also featured were horn players, Jes Cane on saxophone and Isaac Boehnlein on trumpet.  Vocalists included Liz Mathias, Lindsey Boehnlein, Sarah Eder, Addison Eder, Ethan Lardinois, and Beth Border. And a special shout out to Dave Cormier who was to play bass, but a Covid diagnosis during show week meant he had to isloate at home. Fortunately Donny Osier was able to step in to cover for Dave. Thank you Dave for all the time you put into rehearsal before you were placed under “house arrest”, and Donny for stepping up at the last minute. We want to thank Beth Bordner for putting the show together, and inviting a bunch of “old musos” with whom she used to play back in the day, to share the HIT stage! We’re not sure who had more fun – the performers or the audience. Thank you to sponsor Zona Wick and all the wonderful musicians who so graciously donated their time to help us continue to raise funds for our lighting upgrade project.
