Auditions for Season 7 of the popular HIT Idol youth vocal contest are all done and we now have a wonderfuil group of HIT Idol finalists working together to put on another great show.

HIT Idol Season 7 will be presented on Friday, November 3, 2017 with the winners announced on Saturday November 4, 2017 just prior to the concert by American Idol Season 9 winner, Lee DeWyze.  All the singers who made it through the auditions into the show will get to perform a couple of numbers on stage with DeWyze on Saturday night.

HIT Idol may be billed as a vocal competition but it is as much about participation, suporting one another, working together as a group, and personal growth, as it is about winning.  We are so proud of the way our young performers embrace that attitude and truly look out for one another. So get your tickets and come on out to support the youth of the area. We know you will be thoroughly entertained!

All of us associated with HIT Idol are excited to work with our new local "Idols". We know it will be another wonderfully successful program - and a lot of fun. As HIT Idol co-director Janie Williams has been heard to say on more than one occasion: "It's going to be awesome!"

Presentation of HIT Idol is funded in part by a grant from the Gogebic Range Health Foundation (GRHF)  “The GRHF is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt, public charity. Our primary purpose is to partner with local entities, organizations and agencies to advance health, increase health services, support community development with a health focus and care for the people in our region.” We strive to make the Gogebic Rangean easy and fun place to be healthy.

HIT Idol Season 7 is also supported by the Ironwood Area Business and Professional Women.
